The Customer is entitled to assume that when purchasing goods from either in store or online:
The goods they are purchasing are of satisfactory quality, The goods are fit for all purposes for which they are supplied, The goods are safe and durable, That where any written description is applied to the goods, that the goods match that description

If the above are breached, the customer may be entitled to certain remedies which include repair, replacement or refund. If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty within 60 days of the purchase date, the customer must notify Aussie Second Hand Dealers Pty Ltd. Most items sold by Aussie Second Hand Dealers Pty Ltd are covered by a 60-day fault warranty. Due to the nature of second hand goods, the history of each item will vary and some items may be exempt from the usual 60-day warranty. The item listing will specify if it is exempt from the usual 60-day warranty and what warranty period, if any, covers the items. The 60-day warranty only covers faults with the item. It does not cover ‘Change of Mind’. Some items will be sold ‘as is’ or ‘parts only’. This means that the item is not covered by any warranty by Aussie Second Hand Dealers Pty Ltd for faults that are specified in the item’s listing at the time of sale.
| Return of Defective Goods |
You, the purchaser, must inspect the item as soon after delivery as is reasonably practicable and must notify Aussie Second Hand Dealers Pty Ltd of any defects in the item within five (5) business days from the date the item was delivered or acquired. You must return any defective or fault item to us within ten (10) working days from the date of delivery or being acquired. Provided you notify us of any defects and return the defective item within the periods set out above, we will either repair the item, replace it on a like for like basis or we will refund your payment in full including the normal postage charge within seven (7) business days to the defective item being returned to us. Please note the item must be returned to us in the same condition as it was when purchased with proof of purchase (receipt or bank statement). Your refund will be processed back to the payment method in which you paid for the item

Aussie Second Hand Dealers Pty Ltd does not have to give refunds, credit or exchanges if the customer:
Changes their minds, Decides they do not like the goods, Has no use for the goods, Discovers they can buy the goods cheaper elsewhere, Examines the goods before buying and ought to have seen any obvious faults, Had the defect drawn to their attention before buying (for example, when goods were labelled as seconds, or faults were clearly marked), Damages the goods by using them in a way they were not meant to be used
| Limited Liability Where Goods Purchased are not for Personal, Domestic or Household Use |
Subject to Australian Consumer Law, where Goods supplied are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, our liability is limited to refunding the price or replacing or repairing the Goods (at our option) and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss (indirect, special, consequential or exemplary damages or losses, including loss of opportunity, revenue, profit, contract, goodwill and loss arising from business interruption, e.g. contractor time on site).
Aussie Second Hand Dealers Pty Ltd will not be liable for damage, loss or injury suffered because of:
Any person failing to follow instructions relating to the Goods, Modifying them, Failing to appropriately maintain or store them, Using them for an unintended purpose.
To assist us in resolving any problems you may experience, please inspect the Goods upon taking delivery and report any shortage, discrepancy, defect, wrong specification or similar problem to us as soon as you become aware of it, and for commercial customers within 7 days of delivery (otherwise, subject to Australian Consumer Law, we may not be liable for that problem later).
